Wright Way Infrared Services

Wright Way Infrared Services uses the science of thermodynamics and the technology of infrared imaging to solve problems related to unwanted or uncontrolled moisture in buildings, air leakage, structural energy conservation and equine veterinary concerns.

What is Infrared Thermal Imaging ?Equine Infrared

Infrared is part of the electromagnetic spectrum, between visible light and microwave energy.

The shorter wave length, “near infrared”, we use for remote controls. The longer, “far infrared” waves are thermal, in other words we experience this type of energy as heat. The heat that you feel from a fire or a warm sidewalk after a sunny day is infrared radiation. Everything in the universe with a temperature above absolute zero (0 oK  = -459.67 oF)emits radiation or energy in the infrared zone. Infrared thermal imaging equipment utilizes special optics and detectors to focus and capture infrared energy and create a picture know as a thermogram. The thermogram represents the variations in infrared energy or heat emitted by objects in the field of view.

Find Water Leaks, Moisture Damage & Active Mold:
Detect moisture and leakage in buildings using Infrared thermal imaging.

Infrared thermal imaging is a non-invasive, time saving and cost effective solution to problems with moisture intrusion. Uncover plumbing leaks, air leakage, and lack of insulationor wet insulation behind your walls. Other building applications include:locating radiant floor system leaks, finding HVAC leakage, and identifying electrical hot spots which can lead to breaker malfunction or fire. Wright Way Infrared Services uses state of the art infrared thermal imaging technology to detect, display and document, hidden defects and uncontrolled moisture. If left unchecked, these issues can lead to mold or other organic growth and premature structural deterioration which can cost you thousands of dollars.

A thorough commercial facility or residential moisture inspection can only be completed by a specifically trained and certified technician, who utilizes up-to-date technology, reporting software, proven methods and experience.  Recommended by The Department of Energy for new homes, infrared thermal imaging is the single most comprehensive diagnostic tool for evaluating residential and commercial buildings, structural features, systems and components. If you see, smell, or suspect unwanted moisture, contact Wright Way today!

Is Your Horse in Pain?

Verify the Health of Your Horse. A qualitative thermographic scan by a Wright Way Infrared Services certified thermographer can detect health issues associated with injuries, lameness, hoof, leg and other conditions that will affect the performance and health of your horse.

Infrared technology is a time saving and money saving tool to enable a more detailed analysis or evaluation. Infrared imaging combined with trained veterinary interpretation can pinpoint and prioritize issues associated with circulation, hoof problems, soft tissue injuries, neck, back, and skeletal problems, tendons, ligaments, saddle fitting, and much more. Contact us today for a free pre-scan preparation sheet and more information. Your horse will thank you.

Save Money with Home Energy Audits:
Wright Way home energy audit is the first step in measuring how much energy your home is wasting. Make your home more energy efficient. A thermal energy audit can uncover problems that, when corrected, can save you significant energy dollars over time.

The US Department of Energy has determined that homeowners can save from 5% - 30% in energy cost by taking steps to make buildings more energy efficient. The department also recommends that any professional energy audit include the use of Infrared Thermal Imaging.

AWright Way Infrared Servicesenergy audit, will pinpoint where your house is losing energy. At Wright Way our professional auditor uses a variety of techniques and equipment to determine the energy efficiency of a structure. Enhanced assessments use new age equipment such as blower doors, which measure the extent of leakage in the building envelope, and state of the art infrared cameras, which reveal hard-to-detect areas of air infiltration and missing, damaged or compromised insulation.
